PROCEDURE FOR CORRECTION OF DATE OF BIRTH BY PCMs ON THE PLATFORM
Henceforth, WAEC Result Verification pin will no longer be used to effect changes of date of birth on the NYSC Portal as from the 2016 Batch 'B' Online Registration.The new procedure for PCMs is to submit a handwritten application to the Student Affairs Officer (SAO) of their institution to be forwarded to NYSC including the following;
i. A copy of WAEC Result showing date of birth
ii. Completed bio-data form upon entry into the institution
iii. First School Leaving Certificate
iv. WAEC Result Verification Pin for use by NYSC

.1) Date of Birth : 16 - 02 - 1990 , but mistakenly sent NYSC. 16 - 02 - 1992 as my date of Birth, what Date of birth should I use when under going my Registration?
Answers : Use the date of Birth you sent NYSC. Which is 16 - 02 - 1992 . When you get to camp you make necessary corrections.
.2) Surname : Edomwonyi ,Ñame : Godgift
but mistakenly used "Surname : Gods gift, Name : Edomwonyi"
What name should I use when under going my Registration?
Answer:
Use the name you sent to NYSC
"Surname : Gods gift, Name : Edomwonyi"
When you get to camp you make necessary corrections.
In general we advice you under go your registration with the same details you have when you check online for your name.
