This followed his success at the Senior Staff Promotion Examination held recently in Jos, the Plateau state capital.
Presenting the promotion letter to the Director, the Director-General, Brigadier General Sulaiman Kazaure, congratulated him on his elevation, and urged him to brace up for more challenging responsibilities.
"Remember, promotion comes with additional responsibilities; so, I expect you to double your efforts so as to justify this elevation," he said.
Other members of the Management team rejoiced with the new Director and advised him to contribute his best towards advancing the cause of the Scheme.
Responding, the Director of Legal Services Barrister Tijjani Ibrahim thanked the Management for the elevation, and pledged continued loyalty and dedication to duty.
The Scheme also promoted six officers to the rank of Deputy Director and ninety-three to the rank of Assistant Director.
Six hundred and eight other officers were promoted to various Grade Levels 14 and below across all cadres in the Senior Staff Promotion exercise.
Over three weeks ago, Management had also released the promotion of three hundred and ninety-eight junior officers.
